U-30 : Polyurethane Compound
2 component cold-curing compound
Simple to use. U-30A and U-30B are mixed with a normal drill mixer in a 1:7 weight ratio.
Slow curing in high ambient temperatures or fast curing in low ambient temperatures can be adjusted by the pot life additives.
Good water-resistance, durability and weather-resistance.
Good mechanical and electrical properties.
Good adhesion to various materials.
Especially, non-tar type U-30 series has focused on improving the working environment for the high voltage joint work. It provides less noxious gas during the working under the sealed place.
U-series must be stored out of direct sunlight and temperature between 0 ~ 40℃. The shelf life is two years from date of delivery.

EP-10 : Epoxy Putty
EP-10 is multi-purpose epoxy putty. It is a two-part adhesive consisting of an epoxy resin and a hardener which are mixed by kneading without any tools.
They react to produce a hard, tough, permanent and waterproof bond on a wide range of materials. EP-10 does not shrink and is resistant to most common solvents. It can bond to damp surfaces and cure under water. EP-10 Epoxy Putty can be sanded, drilled and painted.
-
Specialized for low & high voltage cable joint entry’s mechanical fix and filling.
-
Will not shrink or rust
-
Putty-like consistency eliminates drips and runs for a "no mess" application.
-
No tools required for use.
-
After application; can be drilled, sawed, sanded, filed, tapped, machined, and painted.
APPLICATION
EP-10 is a room-temperature-hardening substance used as ;
- Space-filling adhesive : Low & High voltage cable joint entry
- Waterproofing material
- Fixing and filling gaps
- Can be molded into a structural part
